If you've spent your whole life feeling like you're doing life on hard mode whilst everyone else got the manual, you're in the right place.
You've recently been diagnosed and have no idea what to do with that information
You're exhausted from masking everywhere — work, relationships, life
Your coping strategies have stopped working and you're hitting burnout
You're late-diagnosed (30s, 40s, 50s+) and grieving the years you didn't know
You're parenting a neurodivergent child and realising you might be too
You've always felt "other" and you're finally understanding why
For ADHD and Autistic adults, your nervous system has been running on overdrive for years — possibly decades. Constantly masking, constantly regulating, constantly translating yourself for a neurotypical world.
That doesn't just live in your thoughts. It lives in your body. The tension from years of holding yourself together. The shutdown when you're overstimulated. The way your body goes into fight-or-flight over things that "shouldn't" be a big deal. The exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix.
I work somatically — we pay attention to what's happening in your body, not just what you're thinking. When we slow down and sit with what comes up — the tension, the grief, the rage, the relief — we can start to understand what your nervous system has been trying to tell you.
This isn't about "fixing" you or making you more neurotypical. It's about understanding how your particular nervous system works and learning to work with it, not against it.
Who are you when you're not performing neurotypical? This brings up grief, fear, and relief.
Understanding why you hit walls and how to rebuild capacity. Body-based work, not just thinking differently.
Grieving the years you didn't know, the relationships that broke down, the constant feeling of being broken.
Time blindness, task paralysis, finding workarounds that actually work for your brain.
Your anxiety often makes sense given what your nervous system is dealing with.
The crushing fear of disappointing people, the emotional flooding, the shame spirals.
Over-exercising, restriction, rigid routines — ways you've tried to manage overwhelm.
How neurodivergence shows up in relationships without pathologising yourself.
I don't expect eye contact, sitting still, or perfect punctuality. We work at your nervous system's pace. Some sessions we talk, some we sit with what's coming up in your body, some you need to move or stim — all fine.
I won't give you neurotypical advice that doesn't work for ADHD brains. We pay attention to shutdown, activation, and what your body actually needs.
I'm ADHD myself. I know what late diagnosis grief feels like, what burnout looks like, what it's like rebuilding your sense of self.
I work with adults who are ADHD, Autistic, or both — whether you've got a diagnosis, are waiting for one, or are just starting to wonder if your brain works differently. Based in Wilmslow and online across the UK.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so you can share what's going on, ask questions, and see if we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.
