My Approach

You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. Maybe you're carrying a lot right now: stress, sadness, worry, or a sense that something just isn’t quite right. Whatever is going on for you right now, you don’t have to figure it out all by yourself.

I'm not here to "fix" you. I'm here to understand you, to listen without judgment, help you make sense of what’s going on, and walk alongside you as you find your way through it.

Adults

You might be dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, substance use, or simply feeling stuck in a cycle you can’t seem to break. Whatever you’re holding, we’ll work together to gently explore what’s going on at your pace.

We can look at where certain patterns or feelings might come from, how they’re showing up now, and how to create space for something new. I’ll also offer practical strategies that can help day to day, whether that’s managing anxiety, handling big emotions, or setting better boundaries.

I offer 50-minute one-to-one sessions online, providing a flexible and private space where you can talk freely and focus on yourself wherever you’re most comfortable.

Teens and Young People

Being young doesn’t mean your problems are small. In fact, growing up today can feel seriously tough. I work with children and teens who are dealing with things like exam stress, anxiety, OCD, social pressures, self-harm, grief, or trauma, or who just feel stuck and unsure.

Therapy with me isn’t a lecture or a test. It’s a space where you can talk freely (or not talk at all if that’s what you need). We might use creative tools, gentle conversations, or practical strategies, whatever feels most useful and natural for you.

My goal is to help you feel calmer, more in control of your emotions, and more confident in yourself.

Families

Let’s be honest, family life can be messy. Emotions run high, everyone’s juggling something, and sometimes it just feels like no one’s really hearing each other. That’s where I come in.

I offer family counselling in your home, a relaxed and supportive setting where we can work together to untangle tricky dynamics, ease conflict, and rebuild connection. Whether you're navigating big changes, parenting challenges, or long-standing tensions, I’ll support your family to communicate more clearly and move forward with more understanding and trust.

How I Work

My approach is collaborative, warm, and real. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I tailor each session to your unique story, using a mix of approaches depending on what works best for you.

I draw on tools from CBT when helpful, especially for anxiety, OCD, or unhelpful thought patterns, but our work together will always come back to you: your voice, your pace, your goals.

Whether we’re working together online, in-person, or in your family home, my aim is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen.
